Questions sellers ask
Do I need a GST number?
Printed books and Bibles are GST-exempt, so you can start with your PAN. Gifts, wall hangings, music, clothing and other products need a GSTIN.
When do I get paid?
When the customer confirms the order arrived fine, your amount moves to your balance. We pay your balance to your bank or UPI and you get an email with the reference.
Who ships the order?
You pack and ship from your place within your dispatch time, using the label from the portal. Or use FBC and we ship from our warehouse.
Can I sell used books?
Yes. Choose New, Pre-owned (unused) or Used, and describe the condition honestly. Customers see the condition before they buy.
Is there a limit on products?
No. List as many as you like. You can also update price and stock for many products at once with a CSV file.
Can I stop selling any time?
Yes. Put your shop on holiday or stop listing — there is no contract period. Orders already received must still be shipped.
